My final graduate project - Colours of Nature - touches base on the dyeing facilities and fabric factories that are solely responsible for the high volumes of polluted water.

In under developed countries sailboats are used to travel across the water, where they source their own fabrics and assemble their own production of beautifully handcrafted headsails. This has inspired me to focus purely on the use of food waste and nature to produce natural dyes.

During the build up Colours of Nature provides a pieced headsail quilt, pulsating with the visual energy created by many small pieces of vividly natural coloured fabric, hand sewn together in strips, through embroidery with two meaning; to act right now and this needs to be a living rhythm, providing connections through craftsmanship and nature and its environment.
